I am a surfer and I have not been able to go surfing for almost a year now. Usually I use surfing as a way to calm down and mellow out my life so things seem less stressful. when I go surfing i feel happy and positive, but lately for about the last 9 months or so I have not been able to go surfing and I am now feeling very pessimistic, down on myself, and depressed. I think the reason I am feeling down is the lack of surfing in my life, I have started to feel overwhelmed with school work and boredom. Does anyone have any Ideas for alternative ways to relax?
