This is the best game I have ever played in my life.

Do NOT buy this game right now. If it's still alive in a year, you might consider it then. This is a text book example of project mismanagement.

It's a good game. It's a little slow to get going but once you find something fun it's very good. The micro transaction store is super consumer friendly. Transactions from the previous game carried over to this version, which is unheard of.

[Edit] MMMMM I love the salty taste of tears. You followed a build guide, probably from youtube. It said you would be extremely over powered if you followed the build guide exactly. You did. Shortly after the developer fixed the things that made your build broken. Now you're mad. Your salty tears, I drink them, I drink them up.

There's no more post battle loot.
There's no more sandbox mode.
There's a set group of pilots.

It IS pretty though. I just don't understand why they removed fun stuff from the last game??

So far I've enjoyed it. The new class seems really solid. The continuation of the base game story is nice, while I haven't finished it, it's pretty dark and the cinematics are cool.

Honestly a lot better than I thought it was going to be. The action combat is fun. I'm playing with a controller and it feels really good.

I really, honestly gave this game a shot. It's just not new player friendly. There are very few useful tutorials I could actually find as a new player. Starter boat? Can't seem to refuel it. Ended up SELLING my fuel instead of buying fuel. Ended up glitching through a pier trying to winch the boat over to the buy point which wasn't super obvious. I do like the idea, and the developers could really have something here, but they need to dig into the new player experience. I cannot recommend a purchase unless you're willing to suffer through hours of frustration.

The game was a big, stanky turd at launch. It's a lot better now.

Itemization: The stats on gear seem to be less insane. Tempering is new. Aspects are saved to your account.
Things to do: Repeatable boss summons for unique items, The Pit (timed dungeon), Infernal Hordes (6 wave fight + boss) and all the original things

Leveling in seasons is fast. Uniques add interesting builds. It's worth another shot if you quit at season 1 like I did.

Blizzard does every season 1 holder a battle pass, I will say that.
