This game is a great upgrade from the first insurgency, however if you want to play anything other than PvE this game is not for you!
I've had this game since release and after the first month of it being out, I fail to find any competitive games on all servers. I also have not seen a single community server full for at least a month and a half.
WARNING: Their PvE modes are super laggy too, and i have a above average pc. So unless you play on all low its unplayable.

Despite all this it was a great game when it had an active community.
