Amazing, amazing gameplay, amazing story, you have genuine emotion for each individual, there is not a single character where you feel indifference if they're in danger, or indifference to how you treat them. Great villains, great grey characters, and great good characters. Can't wait for the next game

I love building up your disease and reading the pop-ups that your disease has caused, like an "everyone is now obsessed with earthworm collecting!"

A negative however, is that i think there should be more random events which can affect your disease, whether it's something which helps spread the disease, or sets it back.

I would love to see a new disease type in the game, like maybe something which causes the human race to move BACKWARDS in technology. Or you can choose which era you play in, Medieval, Renaissance, etc. Perhaps you start in the Medieval and as you move forward in time, things like modern medicine are invented
