Probably the best WW2 flight sim experience you can get right now, with lots of mission types available in a game that both looks and sounds beautiful. DCS has better flight models, sure, but the immersion, playability, and amount of content for IL-2 is simply unparalleled. Couple that with some of the most passionate, all-around awesome game devs in the business, and you get a game where it and all its DLC are entirely worth it.
