Poor balancing decisions & it seems like they're more focused on micro transactions which are more often than not just re-skins rather than unique cosmetics. Also they released a membership service, despite the backlash from the community, they still went ahead and implemented it. This shows you where their priorities are and how much they value their community feedback.

Sure go ahead and release more ugly cosmetics and worthless memberships rather than fixing the cheater problem.
