Performance review for hanimad

Needs a supervisor to give instructions, but after receiving them gets on with the job. However, sometimes needs to come back and ask for more guidance. Stays cool in an emergency, but needs help from others to take the right action quickly. Considers problems as a challenge and enjoys finding creative yet appropriate solutions. hanimad is able to work out their own solutions, but also works well with a group to solve problems. Silver-tongued, and usually successful when trying to persuade others to move from their original position towards or beyond compromise. Using personality, logic, persistence, hanimad always manages to get the best deal.
