Same as it ever was. Its so 1 to 1 even the Kvatch courtyard quest glitch is still in the game. Not sure to be happy or mad...

Great game 8/10.

Has issues mainly in that they've cloned so much from games like Warframe, they forgot to connect these parts together. Missing a lot of QoL that would also make things way easier. The game is not Pay to Win, its Pay for Convenience as are most Korean games. What people tend to forget is you can pay for about 80% of whats in Warframe, if not more. Here its about 60% or so, certainly about the same. Game is fairly forgiving the Grind is definitely there but at least the game doesn't ask you sacrifice everything to go forward *stares at Black Desert*.

Overall the game is worth a try especially since its free. Only time will tell if it will stand next to the big boys such as Warframe and Destiny or be forgotten as a cash grab.

--------Edit. Crisis Averted.
--------Edit. Nvm devs are still Jacka**es.

This could turn into a dissertation with how much they do correct in the game and to keep the Bottom Line Up Front, I can safely say after 60 hours its a great game. I haven't had this much fun since Ace Combat 7 a couple years ago and the limiting factor in that game is repeatability. As much as I love it, you can only play a scripted mission so many times before it gets old.

With Helldivers II even though every mission is largely the same what you face on the ground isn't always. Sometimes the enemy spawns are so frequent you're facing a small country of enemies other times its a cakewalk it's near random and I love it. As with anything, nothings perfect but this is a easy 9.5 or 9.9/10.

Overwhelmingly predatory company and it increases without fail each year.

They additionally refuse to develop the game, i.e. better game modes, fixing map exploits (camping).

Instead they add new vehicles that hardly change the game play experience but increase the grind. They then nerf the economy to make it even harder to get anywhere in the game, as you already have to spend around 3 to 400 hours to finish one of the 10 Nation tech trees.

All to get players to buy premium time and premium vehicles to not only progress better in the game but to progress at a rate that somewhat makes sense.

They also primarily market modern day vehicles which a new player will not have access to without paying $60+, or as I said grinding for close to 400 hours. The vehicles they also market heavily are usually not available for purchase only something 'similar' to it. I.e. Want a F-14 or F-16? Well buy this F-4 or F-5!! Want a Abrams tank?? Buy this prototype garbage!!!!

Even if you buy these vehicles you hurt yourself and those who play with you as you die extremely quickly in the game and guess what if that's the only vehicle you have, you're now back in the hangar and your team is down a player, which hastens a loss.

Great game. It has its issues, but with the way the dev has been turning out patches on release day, it seems they'll get fixed eventually.

This is one of the better variants of Hentai games where there's actually some player agency. This isn't a visual novel, at least not completely. The player does more than make a choice and watch it play out. You can actually develop the story how you want. With Wakari being as close to pure as possible (after the main story event) or the opposite.

Art is pretty good, scenes have little movement and are mostly static but has just enough in my opinion.

Worst part about the game is the Chinese voice over. I'm happy shes got lines that are actually pretty well done, but personally doesn't sit with me after being conditioned by Japanese games.

I haven't gotten far, but lets be real you pull up handle your business and peace out till another day.

EDIT I simply cant recall the last time I have had genuine fun replaying linear missions 600 times over since the late 90s early 2000s.

9/10 - Overall. 6/10 with MP (Multiplayer) grade included. Great Game.

The game is great, manages to recapture the essence of the older games well (04, 5, 6). While I can't compare it to the more recent entries in the franchise, this is certainly a step in the right direction and a re-establishment that ACE COMBAT is still the 'King' of this genre in my book.

There is practically no minor or severe flaws in the game, the biggest flaws I have managed to find is in Multiplayer.

The fact that there is a clear 'Best Weapon and or Best Plane' combo is insulting to players and to the developers themselves. They created a system of this plane is good at this, and uses this. However this is entirely negated in MP when there is clearly one or several planes that can guarantee you at the very least a high score with little to no skill.

This huge flaw and several others including re-spawn killing, are glaring oversights, and shows multiplayer underwent no real play testing unlike the main campaign.

Even with MP being a relative sh*t show, this game is still excellent and i never bought it for MP in the first place.

In Progress Review

8/10 easily.
This new addition to the series is solid, it falters in a few areas but none of these are a huge detriment the game at all. Recommend playing with Nightmare, Exploration and turning most(all) of the Hud off.

The game lives up to its acclaimed genre, an Open World - RPG. Though heavily streamlined and simplified for every audience.
I’ve yet to encounter bugs, crashing, or stuttering. I’ve had some frame drops (entering huge cities) and decent length load times. These could be due to my decently old rig or the game. Loading is few and far between so even though its long it’s not a problem.

Gameplay 9/10, The game excels here, I've been playing on the Nightmare difficulty and it offers a fair challenge though the situations can be unfair at times, when I get killed I know it’s my lack of skill/planning or bad timing, not the game. That said combat is your typical doge and hit not too much new and no matter how you watch it will look terrible, one simply must play in order to get the full effect.
The world is beautiful, and large. At first, I was only following the main quest next thing I knew after 2 hours of f**king around I said to myself “oh I should probably do that”. When I finally decided to look around the map, I was in shock of the sheer amount of areas and sh*t I'd probably have to do in them. Side story’s/missions so far are on par with a game like the Witcher, adding to that its clear the Witcher(3) or similar games are an inspiration in some areas.

Characters 7/10, are decent and attempt to be colorful, and unlike the most recent Mass Effect I don’t want my character and others to die a horrible death. While of course face animations and lip sync can be off, but then again, few games master it.

Sound 10/10, is excellent. The only bad parts could be voices at times, seeming out of place or just not well done.

Bird Simulator 2018 10/10, Literally flew across the map as a bird and took in the beauty.

As I’ve said 8/10 so far in my play through. I can’t see myself finishing this game until I’m at least 100 hours in, so decent RPG time.

I kid you not, this game actually is'nt half bad. 3/5

It's turning into one of my favorite guilty pleasure games, which I havent had in years.

Its worst points are a lack of effort and poor design decisions all around for example, and not the most extreme but, Inventory and UI navigation sometimes just does'nt make sense. However even with these poor decisions the game manages to be a fun experience, and somewhat challenging most especially if you hit the power curve just right.

The game is somewhat of a grind fest which I managed to avoid through means I shant mention. But one must understand where the game is coming from. With that in mind you can understand what to expect all around. ex. CRINGE worthy Visual Novel scences.

I highly suggest looking at a few videos first.

Anyway I highly recommend it even if you have a vendetta against SAO, a good mindless game to drain your life away with.

Probably one of the best games I've ever played.

9/10

Waframe offers a unique experience not found in many games or any at all. Maintaing a free to play platform makes it even more of a wonder of the gaming world, especially today. I started out shortly after the game released in 2013, and found it amazing but at the time a hollow shell.

However, at the end of 2017 the Plains of Eidolon update was making waves and managed to rock my boat way in the middle of nowhere. I came back and found a vast amount of content, and just... well ... my playtime went from 30 hours to what it is now in just a few months. I think i have a problem. ;)

Just play the game...geez

No doubt the game has its issues, a steep learning curve chief among them. However, nothings perfect and if you're willing to explore and bring just a little bit of your own initiative you'll end up loving this game like I do.
