Alright so I'm a big fan of hsr and former genshin always f2p, this game hit the spot for me, RNG is a bit worst than genshin but you have more agency with your set,

pros:
you can partially see the loot you want to claim before claiming it like how many artifects you got, xp books, gems, mats etc and their rarity, That is huge.

You can reset a mission without claiming rewards if no rare monster (for gems) showed up same for artifact pieces( you can't see the numbers), also huge.

When combat gets heated and music kicks in there is no other feeling in the world.

Coop feels a lot better than Genshin.

There is 2v2 and 3v3 Arena and working with other teams actually is really fun.

4 stars are surprisingly powerful, I had no luck with five stars so far.

you have more agency with relics, gems, enchants to build how ever you like.

currently they are giving decent amount of rewards, specially for new players which was nice, but it's around 2-3 hours in.

You claim afk farm when its ready and its not that bad

Cons:
all three banners have bad ratings, weapon banner is absurd and pity is too damm high.

the level of RNG in some of these enchants and gems is insane, you have like 8x4x2 different possibilities... later in game.

helping someone in coop doesn't worth it sometimes because you get nothing without shoes not even friendship points or something useful.

the secret ???s aren't rewarding enough, like 500 gold, 1 xp farm, but sometimes the pig farm is nice, needs more variety.

Boss's loot gets wasted if you as a tank die in coop, basically if you don't pick something up its lost, even after shoe reduction that sucks if you die at the last minute in coop.

some side quests and all dailies need shoes to claim... WHY!!!

Enchant loots are really really low, found like 3 blue ones in all of my play time.

The paimon copy needs a optional mute button like seriously.

CUTscenes need acceptance from all parties to be skipped now that is fine on its own but I had to watch the ending 20 times yesterday and that is a f***ing con for me. Just let me go...
