I can't recommend it. I think it's a cool concept, but I thought the combat and story were quite boring. I didn't get too far into it, but even the prologue wasn't very entertaining for me. Untapped potential.

This game is awesome, I'm really enjoying it and it was worth the purchase.

Every mechanic feels well thought out, and it doesn't feel like the developers cut any corners especially in unit control mode (which in other games is disappointingly basic)

The battles (in my opinion) are an ideal length and I hope to see more battles added and workshop support

It's very fun BUT

the optimization is very poor. I have an RX580 8GB, 16 gigs ram, the game in a medium sized battle runs at 30fps which is a downside for me personally because I have other (much more demanding) games that run at 100fps easy.
