Looks like my childhood can comeback, but why the text message are still blur even I choose at high resolution on 1080p, it's not look like on the intro

This is traditional game, how can I play Megaman when it usually has low FPS/Lag on most of screen, there're thoudsand people see the issue like me, even I try some tricks but it sill does not work correcly ? Respect your history, Capcom.
Its 2019 now, please fix it
