I really wish there was a third option in addition to just thumbs up or thumbs down when reviewing a game on Steam.

On the technical and artistic levels Strangeland is spectacular. Just as good if not better than Primordia.
I unfortunately personally had trouble to feel invested or engaged in the story of Strangeland because the stakes of its story are very low and the 'hero' is oblivious to the story despite said story spoiling itself at every steps.

tldr : Spectacular but boring.

Everything in Days Gone is above average and I don't think there is any missing feature. It runs smoothly with no major bug. So yeah... I would recommend. A very lukewarm recommendation but a recommendation none the less.

Despite all its flaws, I cannot not recommend The Ascent. This game represents fun. A lot of fun. I wish it was perfect in its execution so I wouldn'd have any hesitation into recommending it. It's not. There are a few bugs that will force you to restart some missions. Nothing gamebreaking for me yet so I'm willing to let this one go through.
The opacity of the game systems and the paper thin tutorial did not help but after a few hours I had a pretty good grip on what the game wanted me to do. And I'm loving it. Every second of it.
I know it's a personal preference thing, but the theme, the music, the art direction, everything is on point. Something I haven't seen in other reviews is the stellar work they did for the voice acting (especially the Poone guy).

Wait for a discount if not sure. Buy immediately if you love SF and Cyberpunk in general.

wtf is wrong with the metacritic score ? I mean... yeah the game isn't bad, it runs smoothly, and there are a few mechanics to spice the gameplay a bit. BUT... 82 ?? Really ?? The game being just above average, I was expecting something around 60 to 65...Anyway... what can you do...

Yeah I ended up recommending Metro LL but the gunplay is too dull to recommend it to every FPS player. Just buy if you like a good but somehow shallow post apocalyptic world.

Not a brainer if you want more Portal. The quality is so high you have to be told it's a mod. My only gripe would be with the last puzzle being of lower quality and challenge than the other ones. Otherwise flawless job.

Came for the artistic design and stayed for the gameplay. Many reviews already says how great of a strategy game this is but it is also an excellent rogue like as well.

I always think it is amazing that on this planet some very talented people have a very different view on the world than i have. It is even better when they choose to communicate their visions through a medium I love such as the game medium.
Although I enjoyed every second of GRIS, I can't say I recommend to any 'hardcore gamer' out there. Whatever that could mean. There is not much of game in GRIS beside a few collectibles a some hard earn achievements.

The real seller is of course the art design, the sound design and the story/world. And it's absolutely amazing !

what happened to the developer is unfortunate but if you can put that aside, Hob is a fantastic game.
highly recommended to all the zelda fans. everything works perfectly, the lore, the design, the gameplay. fan-tas-tic game !
