Good selection of instrumental versions of iconic songs from most of the anime and a couple of the other games.
Does a lot better than some of the old Zeonic Front songs. At this price its only really worth it if you're an autistic mega fan, but what you get is a pack that makes the game sound a lot cooler.

Listening to Vigilante while playing the Phenex gave me a massive dopamine hit.
Totally worth it!!!

In a much better state than it was on launch. The gacha is fairly generous and there are plenty of events running to get free stuff in case you dont want to spend any money.
The online infrastructure for matchmaking is heavily reminiscent of PS3 era Japanese multiplayer games, so unfortunately there's a lot of screens and waiting in lobbies before you get into the game. When it works its a very solid system but unfortunately when its a slow day you could be waiting for up to 15-20 minutes before you get into a match. Searching for a game can be a pain depending on the time of day but this is by far the best Gundam video game currently available on Steam.

Gameplay has a high learning curve and it can be a little intimidating, but there's a good tutorial and plenty of online resources and communities to help you learn.

Very addictive once you get into it but as with all F2P multiplayer shooters, its heavily dependant on whether you get a good team or not.

As someone who has been playing since the closed alpha in 2019 its good to see this so called "1.0" release but there are features missing that were promised to us.
No cinematics in the campaign of any sort, you're dropped in to the precinct entrance with a rifle and no indication of how or why you are here.

All weapons and attachments are available from the start - what happened to having to work your way up and earning gear?

UI is horrible and does not scale well into 4K, making text difficult to read.

From what I've seen a lot of promised content has been cut and they've rushed launch to get some hype back after not putting an update out for over a year.

I can't recommend this now, just go play SWAT 4 again...

Needs rollback, can't even play with friends in the same country without constant desync. They didn 't test this and it shows.

A very tense and engaging PVE experience let down by the fact the developers have pretty much abandoned it.

Can be very fun with friends but it gets stale fast when there's next to no content.

I am writing this review at 4am. I just spent my whole night trying to work out the wonderful carwreck of an ending this game has. The story starts off similar to pretty much every other VN you'll have played. It doesn't stay that way for long. It rewards you for being obedient and following the story but god forbid you go against the grain and try to flip things around after your first playthrough.

It gets VERY messy.

Go in blind

Dont use a guide until you absolutely have to.

This is NOT an ordinary VN.

I am scared of women now

Not a babby gam...
Schüt demon...
kick butt....
simply epic...

(Update)

I loved Doom Eternal through the first two weeks of its launch, I really did. Id made a really good Retro/Modern hybrid FPS with combat being a bloody, lightning fast puzzle of using the arsenal the game hands you to dispatch demons as effectively as possible.

However

Bethesda have ruined the game two months after launch by forcing a rootkit onto my computer as a form of anti cheat.
I've never played Battle Mode. I don't care about it in the slightest.

Instant uninstall.

With friends, coordination, practice and a pinch of luck this can be one of the most satisfying and engaging games a war mongering military loving nerd can play. Without these it can be incredibly hit and miss and can either have you pulling the wildest crap ever off or getting curbstomped by the other team.

Got friends and plenty of spare time? Go for it. Don't? perhaps give it a miss.
