desperdicié como las primeras 30 horas, luego realize una rutina todos los dias de 15minutos, y realmente te hace mejorar demasiado tu presicion y exactitud. Despues de un tiempo cuesta demasiado romper tu record, y esta bien, hay un limite para cada persona, de todas formas te ayudara a mantener tu aim en tu mejor rendimiento.
