Even without optimized graphics drivers the game is playable, just follow the instructions in the top voted reviews. Personally I have all graphics settings to lowest and set the shader cache size to unlimited in Nvidia settings. The fps drops to 35-40 somtimes but there are barely any stuttering anymore.
