Behavior took away 3 of my unlicensed Characters (2x Survivor / 1x Killer) after a whole week or emailing between me and a Support member, they told me that there is no way to refund any of it. Not the Iridescent Shards i spend on them nor the Bloodpoints i used to Prestige them. They didnt care that i had the Adept Achievements for them that i unlocked 1 year prior to the current "Problem of missing Characters". They didnt care about any "Proof or Reasoning" of mine. Its just sad. If anyone made simillar Experience feel free to commen, maybe something will change for us.
