Jukes always gets on with the job after being given clear parameters. Generally able to come up with they own ideas when help is not available, but may be still lacking the self-confidence to trust own judgment. Prioritizes and sequences own tasks and those of other people in the team. Makes sure that the priority tasks are always completed on time. Jukes can copy reasonably accurately, but they does not produce their own ideas. Does not shirk duties, and can share the workload with other people in the team to achieve maximum group output – but does not do so consistently. Not good at planning and monitoring the work of team-members.
