incomprehensible UI and party system. why such a convoluted menu structure? the front-end design needs a total overhaul to simplify and streamline the user experience. it's quite a departure for this tenured AAA franchise, with nearly two decades worth of experience and 20 titles in the call of duty series to look back on... and to still get it so, so wrong. smh.
