For a $15 game, it’s honestly mind-blowing how much depth, artistry, and quality Team Cherry packed into it. The gameplay is so tight and satisfying, striking that perfect balance between being challenging and rewarding. And the visuals? Absolutely stunning. The hand-drawn art style brings the world of Hallownest to life in such a hauntingly beautiful way.

But what really got me hooked was the storytelling and world-building. The game doesn’t spoon-feed you the story; instead, it lets you uncover it bit by bit through environmental details, cryptic conversations, and hidden lore scattered throughout the world. It’s like piecing together a puzzle, and it makes every discovery feel so meaningful. The progression system is also fantastic—you’re constantly rewarded for exploring with new abilities, upgrades, and secrets that keep the experience fresh and exciting.

This game was not what i was expecting. Short gameplay but long about story telling. I feel empty post game.
