Unpolished, buggy and frustrating experience.

Forces you to use a microsoft account to play online. Not worth 40 euros at all. Wait for a sale and buy for 20 euros, max.

The only fun I had when I was making fun of the game with friends, and joking around the fact I dislike it a lot.

There are so many other games that offer a better coop experience with friends, do yourself a favor and skip this one.
It doesn't bring anything new, and the story is bad.
The fighting is incredibly lame.
Running all over the world feels slow and annoying more than anything.
Many platforms and such are just bugged.
Some items cant be picked up if you dont look at a specific pixel with a specific angle within a specific range, but they can be destroyed just fine by pressing the "destroy" button rather than the "pick up" one ? Great.
And much more :)

If you play it, go with a light mind and try to laugh out all the frustrating things, or go insane. It's not a terrible game, there's fun to be had. I still wouldn't recommend that game to anyone, it's an expensive waste of time.

Has to use EA launcher.
Can't change controller sensitivity, mouse sensitivity only (why ????).
Strafing while sprinting makes you stop sprinting, you gotta turn your camera to actually turn while sprinting.
Many bugs, some only visual, others literally softlock you.
Massive FPS drops when spawning enemies/loading even a small zone on a high-end rig.

There's good stuff, but those issues just ruin it for me. Bought this for 4€ on sale, still don't wanna play it.

Servers are pure ♥♥♥♥.

Played it a few years ago on XBox, it's an amazing game.

Unfortunetaly on PC, if you got a decent rig, there are a lot of bugs that EA never bothered to fix that simply break the game.

You can't enter a doorway 5mn after starting the game if VSync is off.
The problem is if you turn VSync on, it caps your framerate to 30 fps and make your mouse have a whole second delay for every movement, making it feel like you're playing totally drunk without the fun part of being drunk. Without any fun part at all actually.

The doorway is "locked" because bad developpers thought it was a good idea to trigger the script according to your framerate instead of any other trigger widely used in any other game (crossing an invisible marker triggering the script, triggering the script when the button to open the door is pressed, etc.). That's what I call bad code, and devs should learn how to effectively port a game from (♥♥♥♥♥♥ 30fps) consoles to PC, or even better, do it the other way around.

So basically you have to chose between being able to play the game with horrible mouse lag input and constant 30fps making look like this 2008 game is struggling to run on a 2020 PC, or simply stay stuck in the 2nd room of the game forever. Of course you could tinker stuff in your NVidia control panel and stuff, but I don't wanna change my GPU settings for ONE game, and impacting all my other games.

Another great game ruined by the lowest scum company in history, EA. Unfortunately, not actually playable on PC, that's a shame, but I guess this game is just gonna join its maker EA where they belong, in the trash.
