It's an interesting concept but needs some overall polish, mostly in the traversal maybe -- some better transitions between gliding and surfing would be appreaciated. Maybe some tutorial would be useful too? dunno for know but it feels neat enough to give some thumbs up

I'd had a blast with the demo and I'm glad to see some improvements in the EA version. It definitely plays better now.
Also, the developers have adjusted the pricing in some regions to mitigate steam's unjust conversion, thanks a lot!!!

It's amazing, just like if you made modern xcom in 2D and also put an emphasis on environment more.

Witchfire takes the amazing Bungie-like gunplay and powers from destiny, mixes it up with the difficulty and pattern learning from souls-likes, and finnaly bakes it in the rogue-extraction temperature. The effect leaves you with one of the best feeling shooters of this decade and makes you crave for more.
Also the designs of the enemies and the preyer look ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ badass.
Oh, and the only critique I could come up after 1.5h of gameplay is: the healing plant being hardly distinguishable from the environment, and some parts of the tutorial are misleading

Into the Breach is an amazing example how to design achievements and entwine challange into them; achievements in ItB are mostly given to player when they do something extraordinary, something that checks with the overall premise of the current build but somewhat elevated. ItB doesn't put any (mostly) RNG into the trophies, so obtaining a specific conditin feels like a victory

even though I love RoR2, and will propably have a blast with the dlc, I can't recommend it due to the pricing in Poland

the dlc is far too pricey for and uses the outdated currency conversion which makes Poland have it at the HIGHEST PRICE IN THE ENTIRE WORLD

please fix it, I will change my review once it's fixed

after playing it for a while, I can't recommend getting this, not at the current state at least.
While the OST and maps are cool, it suffers from EXTREME amount of bugs, weird design choices and just bland gameplay
