Highly recommended

For less than a dollar, you get to play Doom in a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ version. If you'd use your imagination, you wouldn't even tell the difference between the two games.

This dlc is probably the strongest amongst the 4 dlcs of fonv. It hasnt failed to capture a horrific atmosphere of being alone and surrounded at the same time. All the characters, either your temporary companions and the antagonist of the main story, are all well written. I wont be giving any spoilers, but the dlc somehow connects some intersting points in the base game itself.

As for the difficulty of the game, I would say that it is pretty hard. First of, you only have limited amount of resources. the game only gives you a spear. a fkn SPEAR at the beginning of the game . Secondly, there are tons... I mean TONS of puzzle maze. But nevertheless, i found myself enjoying the strory even though im scared sh*tless.

characters: 10/10
obtainable weapons / armors : 7/10 (not much armor that captures my interest, but still are considerably unique.)
replayability: 8/10

Advise: Do not play the dlc if you are below lvl 25

DONT DEAL WITH THE FCKN DEVIL SIMULATOR.

To begin with, I would say that BSI is one of the best fps that I have ever played. Considering the atmosphere, the lovable characters and plot-twists, I could tell that this game is extremely superb. I would not spoil anything, but if you havent played any of the BS games, I would like to recomment this game.
Overall i would give it a good 10/10...
