Did you ever wonder how the Circadiane Rhythm works? The secret is a little hormone called "Melatonin", produced in the Glandula Pinealis, a tiny endocrine gland in the vertebrate brain.
It also has a funny name: Glandula Pinealis is Latin and means "gland, shaped like a pine cone".
