Game's great

Honestly odd to be recommending this given the reputation it has long had... but the game, in its current modern state, is *extremely* fun. I would probably price this at 5 USD even given the age if they fixed the bugs; as it stands, nothing *gamebreaking* is left [just odd little things like sometimes characters not despawning for a few rounds when a player leaves], and it is an extremely satisfying horde shooter. At 1 USD each, I would grab 4 copies and 3 friends for some laughs in coop.

Loved this game to death, but if I had to stop recommending it to friends to appease my own principles when the developers started releasing seemingly endless amounts of dlc for this game, I'm afraid that means I have to tell people to give it a pass now that they've added Microtransactions.
Oh, and I recommendation everyone avoids any Overkill-developed games from now on, since they released advantage-giving microtransactions as a reward to commemorate the community reaching the Overkill-set "players online" goal during their major annual anniversary event. That's right, they honestly considered one of the most unpopular types of video game monetization to be a fitting reward for such a strong show of support from their fans.
