Its pretty damn good, much better than dirt 3 atleast. Coming from RBR surfaces feel too grippy to me, but the game and its functions are great.

Early Access Review
Great simulator, one of the best racing sims out there if not the best. Track and Car selection could be larger, but with modding support possibilities are almost limitless.
