The atmosphere is conveyed simply perfectly. I completed cyberpunk 2077 in 40 FPS and still think it is one of the best games that were developed, so the performance, no matter how bad it is, doesn`t really matter for me. Quests were made quite interesting and not boring. Also, there is much a references to the previous games, that`s very heart-warming.
