Game is a solid, if simpler than normal, fighting game, but that belies some of the more fun complexities of building a well functioning team that allow you to get the most of all your characters. There's some screwy moments sometimes with how super dashing works and there can be frustrations when fighting opponents who are more skilled, but there in lies the fun in becoming stronger yourself.

It's also ridiculously gorgeous, with tight animations and loving detail to recapture various elements of the long running series. If you like Dragon Ball, team based fighters, or just fighting games in general, it's worth checking out.

Note: I received the PC version as a gift, but bought the PS4 version when it first came out. They are comparable to each other, so really depends where your fighting groups like to play.
