After having played for some time, I realized what kind of masterpiece this game is!

The amount of detail in the environment, and its inspirations is incredible. It's still a great game to test your GPU hardware with!

I haven't completed the game yet at this time of writing but I can definitely recommend it now. There are some funny issues if you run it from the HDD but I haven't found one that made the game randomly crash to desktop, unlike in the early versions of the game.

There's much more to say about this game, but I think this review would get way too big.

A next-gen gem of a game! Love the arcade games in the game too!

Updates are making the game better, and it's currently a lot better then it was at release!

Don't know what to say...
This game... It's that one GTA game for me that's the most nostalgic and challenging GTA game I have played of all the ones I finished.

The first time I played this game, was a very long time ago, not on my pc, this was on a friend's pc, we had a great time playing the game back then.

Pros

The style, the 80's environtment, music, art etc.

Gameplay is very challenging, I like it.

Jokes and story, Really fun.

Can be modded.

There's a lot more...

Cons
Lot's of issues if you disable frame limiter... I'm sure someone made a fix for this somewhere.

Might be dated a lot for some (new) players.

There's an issue that prevents steam from seeing the game installed on my pc, so I always have to launch it outside steam (but with steam running or the game won't open), and it does not count my game hours (it has worked before though).

Good

• Splitscreen!
  
• Quite colorful graphics.

• New Zombie Mode features.
  
• Not that much bugs out there, I've seen a few animation bugs in models and that's most of it.
  
• A lot of weapons in there.
  
• Better weapon customization.
  
• Audio, it's awesome.

Bad

• Horrible framerate issues, the game stutters all the time, even though it is minimal on 4K and with maxed out settings on my RTX 2080 Ti, it bothers some of my friends with other cards like a GTX 1080 or GTX 1060. Had to apply a fix to minimalize it.
  
• The DLC is pretty expensive for a lot of people, however, for zombies you really going to like the expansions.
  
• As a Modern Warfare player, the flying is not really my stuff.
  
• Black Market, too much grinding for me compared to IW also unlocking all stuff takes way too much time compared to Infinite Warfare again... However this game was made before IW and some people seem to be ok with this.
  
• No free daily reward.

Single player
A lot of customization added here compared to older call of duties I've played, I also like the challenges here to get camo's.


Good

• With splitscreen or another player much more fun!
  
• Gun challenges are also in SP, they are not exclusive to MP.
  
• Really fun to play with more players!
  
• Customization.

Bad

• Most of the stutters seem to happen here.
  
• Not so decent story...

Multiplayer
Mediocre multiplayer, you can finaly browse through server and use Mods just like in CoD4. However I don't play it that much anymore.

Good

• Easy gun challenges.
  
• Easier gameplay compared to previous call of duties.
  
• Most levels have pretty good design, however some aren't that great.
  
• DLC maps are pretty good
  
• A lot more customization compared to previous CoDs.
  
• There's so much weapons in there...To be unlocked in the Blackmarket

Bad

• Not fan of all map's design.
  
• Bots in here are... like robots, and they are very bad when playing against players. They also don't play well in other gamemodes that aren't FFA & TDM.
  
• Blackmarket & grinding. That's all.

Zombies
Now this the part where game peaks! If you have played CoD zombies in previous CoDs, I can tell you this is the best out there. Shadows of Evil is a great map to start with!

Good

• The maps and DLC maps are awesome!
  
• Old guns still there (DLC is needed)
  
• Upgrade your guns and recieve rewards in zombies!
  
• Gobblegums, for Temp. Perks.
  
• Again DLC maps, they're really good.
  
• Workshop maps!

Bad

• Once in modded mode is loaded you can no longer use your customized and modified weapons, however some maps have so much different kind of weapons you won't need this feature.

A recent update broke the multiplayer framerate. You should no longer get this game for multiplayer because it is broken right now.

Great game, the first Saints Row game i've played.

Pro's:

• 1. The gameplay; I use a xbox360 controller(and sometimes keyboard) to play the game and my character moves and interacts without any problem.
  
• 2. The graphics; For that year I think this game had great graphics.
  
• 3. The glitches; Sometimes my character flies away when walking into something, also i've seen weird things happening in cutscenes. In the mission where you have to need to escape the
  
• 4. NPC behaviour; This makes me laugh.
  
• 5. Multiplayer; You can play together in this game, but there are some weird glitches in there.
  
• 6. The gangs.
  
• 7. The missions; they're hilarious and fun to play.
  
• 8. The story.

Con's:

• 1. Crashes; Sometimes the game randomly crashes when you steal a car or load a file. But it does not happen a lot(at least not for me).
  
• 2. The framerate; I don't know if this between 144 or 45 with v-sync on but it looks like the game seems to stutter sometimes.
  
• 3. The radio station music; Even though I don't listen to it mostly, I think the bitrate for the mp3's isn't high enough.
  
• 4. Sound; Some audio has a low samplefrequency, however this sometimes gives me the feeling I'm playing an old game, so for me it not completely a con.

Got the game for free when steam had a sale on the Saints Row games.

Edit: This saints row game seems to have a lot of things more to edit and use (like food and clothing) compared to the new ones.

Dit is het beste LEGO spel dat ik een ken op gebied van creativiteit en ontdekken, er zijn (volgens mij) geen films aan verbonden en de gameplay buiten bouwen is heel simpel. Dit manier van hoe dit spel verschillende werelden creëerd is prachtig. Er veel diversiteit te vinden en veel te bouwen. Er is helaas wel een limit van het aantal soorten dingen die je kan vinden maar dit is in elk spel van natuure logische logisch! Dit spel is zeker het geld waard!

Pro's:
Kortweg voor positief: Prachtige graphics, perfecte bouw van de game, correct passende muziek, maar mist verhaal(eigenlijk niet echt nodig).
Con's:
Wat moet ik opnoemen? Voor mensen die van LEGO houden bevat dit spel alles je wat je nodig hebt. Het zou alleen mooi zijn als er een multiplayer komt! Vooral een met splitscreen en / of een waarbij je je eigen server hebt en waar andere kunnen deelnemen.

A review about Counter Strike: Source

Good:
1. Many Steam achievements.
2. Lots of weapons; enough for all time.
3. The graphics; Always look great, some online servers even allow custom player models!
4. The 'Bots' AI.
5. An endless amount of maps can be found online.
6: Lots of Gamemodes can be found online if defuse / plant the bomb or hostage rescue gets boring for you.
7. Sounds; all sounds look like clear quality at probably 320 Kbps.
8 The connection; if you lag in multiplayer it is probably the problem that the server is far away from where you are playing, or you need to get better router if your ethernet cable is too slow.
9. The 'Zombie gamemode' online.
10. Hammer's map development has never been so easy for this source game.
11. Has the nightsight that Counter Strike : Global Offensive doesn't have, altough it is not used mostly since the flashlight can be enabled (Which CS : GO also does not support).

Bad:
1. No scopes for bullpup and Krieg (Counter Strike : Global Offensive does have these).
2. Bots can spot you from Very far with ease, and after that they will try to shoot, mostly they even can hit you. (Big maps and exclusive Snipers)
3. If you know Half Life 2 or any other source game before that has the possibility to 'run', that has the shift function binded for running and alt for walking, this can be a little confusing in cs:s for the first time, because Counter Strike : Source does not support 'key-binded running' unless you use the console for the speed. also the alt is now shift.
4. This can be a very big difference from gameplay when you are used to play battlefield or CoD.

Put a stone between two crabs, it exploded into stone shards, sharks pushed me to islands, i can lift big trees. 9000/1337

Pros

• Graphics. - Great graphics for source engine, also great effects!
  
• Zombie game made with source.
  
• The multi player (system). - Just like all source games, this one has one perfect
  
• Gameplay *1.
  
• Sounds. - I haven't heard any low quality sounds.
  
• Story *2.
  
• Missions.
  
• The level architecture. - Realistic houses can be seen around, but not close. The interrior of houses is still great.
  
• Playing levels alone without people is also fun to do, but some levels may be hard *3.

Cons

• Melee weapons do lot's of damage but sometimes not enough *3 *5.
  
• The experimental setting that allow depth of view sometimes fades your sight *4.
  
• A small amount of melee weapons.
  
• The child zombies hit players to fast, the hit interval should be a bit longer. *5.

epitome:
I love playing the game with friends and alone.
I hope new expirimental shaders will be added to make the game more realistic, and new weapons will be added.









*1: If youv'e played source games before (Like Counter Strike: Source, and Half Life 2) the controls are easy to know and there are a small amount of new functions. Altough the player is not the fastest thing that is added in the game; You cannot run.

*2: Even that there is no story, The missions and loadscreens can still explain a bit.

*3: This depends on your skills or on the way you play the game.

*4: This can be disabled and depends on the point you are lookig at.

*5: This might also be added to make the game more realistic.

dayZ(50%)roblox(25%)minecraft(25%)=unturned(100%) great game but, even with the most recent gpu's from a gaming pc it lags; when you put the water on high, don't put the water on high, just put it on decent.
