I've been terribly addicted to this game for the past week or so. I love it. It scratches that itch for a simulator with satisfying game play and a great progression incline. I really enjoy the puzzle aspect of figuring out how to map out my hospitals. The jokes are cute and keep the game pretty light hearted. I'm still a little shocked that I've put 33 hours into a goofy hospital administration simulator but I'm having the best time with it. I highly recommend it.
