Project Wingman alongside the Ace Combat series encompass a weird niche in gaming that should be experience by a wider audience as it is an phenomenal experience based on an amazing combination of gameplay, story and soundtrack. There can never be given enough praise to the small team that created this near perfect game that is literally made up of 2 developers and 1 soundtrack composer.
A prime example of what every indie game should aspire to be. A game made with love and passion, a game that has a set goal of what it is and needs to be. A game that hits the mark near perfectly.
I cannot recommend PW enough, and I have bought it on three platforms as it is the least I can do to support the developers.

My first "real" platformer, I really enjoyed it, a bit short but the game is cheap so you cant really complain. I wish there was an expansion or something with more enemies/bosses and harder platforming

The megastructures and the sense of scale caught my eye, but I got so much more. While a bit slow at times, its much better than most generic bloated AAA garbage thats out there nowadays, the game is focused on doing what its meant to do and it does it almost perfectly. Worth every penny.

Cool concept, awful game design

Horrible rubber banding, AI is a joke and doesnt even acknowledge you (pit maneuvers you any chance they get), no point in upgrading your car as opponents cars are always around your level, but even when you get more powerful, the cash you earn stays the same. While the interface looks cool, its janky as ♥♥♥♥, why can I not pause the game during random stuff like starting your car? why is the phone and gps not the same thing? why do you hide the players position on the map, but then let them set a waypoint to any event which instantly gives them a route to it? Why do you add so many cool visual changes to each part you purchase, but then do stuff like auto adjusting gear ratios, meaning you never really have to upgrade your transmission and ruining immersion. Why is upgrading/tuning your car so stupid? You have to choose a group, then select the subgroup, then you go to the shop, then you again scroll through what you want, then you pay for shipping costs(I guess its kinda cool)??? Then you spawn holding a box and click on your car to install the parts, only to then just drop the box on the ground?

Game really needs some proper game design - actually though out user interface and experience, performance tuning overhaul, proper AI and difficulty, better open world driving/cruising, better optimization and faster loading times. Why not make you only be able to tune your car during the day? Is the reputation score thing really necessary? I mean you can keep the nightly multiplier, but whats the point of the reputation score?

If the full game is just this but with more cars its not worth any cash, extremely infuriating AI and stupid and over complicated gameplay design is not offset by the amazing atmosphere.

EDIT:
Seems like developer is listening to feedback and is fixing some of the issues with the game, and I tried playing it more and while some issues are resolved, I noticed a couple more issues.
The big one being the navigation again. You get a big arrow pointing you towards your next checkpoint, but it serves absolutely no purpose, as there are races where you have to switch onto oncoming traffic and you have absolutely ZERO indication that you have to, the only way you can guess is by opening up the GPS and trying to visualize which lane goes where, and doing it while going 120 mph is not easy at all.
The other issues is the AI still. While the developer fixed it a bit by making it actually respond to you being near it, the big issue still left is the fact that they can read oncoming traffic even before they have seen it. That means they can go flat out in oncoming traffic, while in a bend, and in a tunnel with absolutely no visibility.
And another issue I noticed is the physics when you are at low speeds and also with the torque curves. There is something very wrong with how tire spin/loose grip, the whole easy to loose traction hard to get it back tires in real life have is missing, with weird surging when switching gears when tires are spinning for example. There is also so little torque at low RPMs. Try launching in second gear, its ridiculous.

Game is extremely infuriating at this point, as a player you can deal with some issues, but it reaches a point where its fun when everything goes right, but that is very rarely the case. You could be having tons of fun flooring it, with amazing music blasting in the background, but then you reach an exit or a fork to go onto oncoming traffic, and you are unsure if you should take it, as the navigation provides zero information as where you should really go. After looking at the GPS and trying to figure out what to do you decide to turn and head onto oncoming traffic, but you are now instantly going 100mph turning a corner in a tunnel into oncoming traffic, as you make sure you are going to right way you try to slow down before you hit anything. But to no avail, you are suddenly in a head on collision with a truck, you slow down to a crawl. Meanwhile the AI doesn't care, as it knows in which lane the oncoming traffic is, so it floors it through the bend, you try to shift down to start going again, but instead of 1st you try to launch in 2nd which is as useful as hoping the air would push you forward. The AI then blasts past you, you shift down to first to try to catch up to it and you do (thanks to the rubberbanding), but barely a few meters separate you before he reaches the finish line. You realize the game isn't fun, no matter how fast you make your car, the AI scales, so you end up making as much money in your stock 200hp ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ as the god machine you created that puts out 518 hp with 87 octane. You quit.

Its a fun game, can be a bit grindy at first but once you get to a certain point it gets really fun making OP builds and helping noobs.

its fun, not a complete grindfest like that other tank game and I think modern tanks suit these games better

The game is pretty good, but the optimization is horrible. Barely uses above 60% of gpu and cpu resources

Horrible powercreep and abominable progress without paying money made this game unplayable at top tier unless you pay for premium.

Edit: They now lowered the gains from battles a couple of times in the past months making the grind even more unbearable
