Some games with this amount of content grow tiresome when you realise how much of a grind it is. Stardew Valley provides its content in a way that keeps you wanting to go back for more, even after the 26 hours I've played across just four days. You're immediately given the option to do whatever you like; whether it's farm, fish, socialise, fight, mine, or just chop wood. Every time I load the game up I know it's going to be hours before I can tear myself away.
