A life-long interest in science fiction, dedication to family and my service to my country during the Vietnam War combined to mold me into what I am and my undying hopes for the future of Mankind.

Star Trek was my first immersion into belief in a real future for all, but Roddenberry's dream is too Utopian. Nevertheless, I remain a huge fan.

I have a deep seated belief in God, Country and the need for Conservatism (at least until we can be trusted to treat everyone else the way we want to be treated).

I truly believe that eventually we will arrive at a society where greed, envy and a never-ending quest for personal gain will be supplanted by a true ability to accept each other as individuals with hopes and dreams of our own (maybe I believe more in Roddenberry's Utopia than I thought!).
