Sony has decided to continue to block the sale of HD2 in non-PSN countries. Until this decision is corrected, my review will continue to be negative.

Short and sweet. Fun game play, that really left me wanting more.

The first Risk of Rain was an amazing game, and I'll admit I was hesitant when I heard about the sequel breaking from the 2D sprites that gave the first game its charm, but I feel Hopoo managed to outdo themselves with RoR2. It's bursting with all the style, charm, and gameplay of the first while standing on its own. Truly an amazing game.

Early Access Review
In-so-far, the only game that I've Kickstarter-ed that I'm happy with. The game play is fun and fast-paced. If you enjoy side-scrolling shmups, you'll not be disappointed with Hive Jump.

Earthbound defined my childhood in video games. It mixed lighted-heartedness, strangeness, and horror all in one game. Undertale may very well be the Earthbound of this generation, but it's no mere clone. It's familiar, but stands on its own. Undertale doesn't springboard off the greatness of or live in the shadow of games that came before, it co-exists peacefully (much like the games combat mechanics allow you to do) in a niche all its own.

From the music to the smokey ambiance, Dreaming Sarah is one of those games that manages to find common ground and really draw the audience in. To anyone who ever played Earthbound/Mother 2, you'll know exactly what I'm talking about.

It's like starring in your own Grade-B Sci-Fi movie.
