No tengo demasiada experiencia utilizando el programa, pero en él no sólo se puede realizar modelado, renderizado o animaciones.
Éste programa te brinda distintas funciones, puede ser utilizado como editor de video, o como un software de animación 2D, que incluso permite incorporar todas las funciones de lo que ya puede lograrse con lo que permite en 3D.
Quizás no sea el programa más intuitivo o sencillo, pero con la nueva interfaz, todo resulta simplificarse mucho más que antes, sin embargo algunas dificultades persisten, que son cosas que se deben aprender a medida que se utiliza el programa. Basta con buscar información en internet para utilizarlo de una manera adecuada e incorporar conocimientos en tus proyectos.
No lo recomendaría para utilizarlos en ordenadores de hace más de 10 años, aún se pueden lograr cosas pero con el único problema de que tendrás complicaciones con el rendimiento, los cuales yo experimento, y aún no tengo la posibilidad de mejorar mi equipo para aprovechar al máximo lo que el programa ofrece.
Podrás permitirte modelar en 3D ya sea a modo de esculpir o ir polígono por polígono, crear renders y composiciones asombrosas, crear rigs para animar o posar tus creaciones, hacer modelos y animaciones para utilizar en motores de videojuegos como Unity o Unreal Engine, editar videos con distintas funcionalidades como modificar la velocidad de los clips, su color, animaciones y transiciones. Generar shaders y materiales procedurales con blender resulta en algo muy satisfactorio, especialmente viendo los resultados en tiempo real con el motor gráfico EEVEE, y sus efectos de post-procesado. Resulta muy genial que blender permita personalizar tus pinceles al momento de hacer texturas, ya que puedes lograr distintas cosas con ello, como por ejemplo lograr fácilmente hacer poros para un material de piel humana, pintando una textura y que con ayuda de shaders, automáticamente convirtiéndola en un normal map, sin que siquiera conozcas mucho acerca de como un normal map se compone. Con sólo saber como funciona es suficiente.
Es una herramienta que resulta muy útil, especialmente si estás empezando. Lo mejor de todo es que, desde ya mismo puedes obtener un programa que permite lograr lo mismo que muchos otros programas ya tienen, sin costo alguno.

This is a very unique game and i recommend it. However, i won't recommend it for those who are not patient enough.

Overview
Toribash is a turn-based fighting game which turns out it doesn't focus only on fighting, since you can play different mods/gamemodes that allow for parkour, sparring, MMA, and other fun and unknown modes. It also has content to allow the community to be as creative as they can with: Mod making tools, scripting (LUA) tools, and what you will find at the very first: player customization. Your character can have any custom texture, you can make it yourself with simple tools like MS Paint, or flex your skills with Photoshop.
The game is hard to learn and it really takes a lot of time, if you just joined, consider yourself a baby that literally doesn't know how to walk and is trying to learn how to.

In conclusion, this is an interesting animation software.

Gameplay
The gameplay is very straigh forward. Join a public server, host a server, or play alone.
As the host, you can choose what mod you're going to play and configure its gamerules.

You start in T pose, this is your very first turn in the match, from here you start building the first pose to follow up in the next turns. Is up to you and your knowledge & skills to win the game. Behind every match there is always a strategy, specially if you've seen your opponent play previously.

Learning
I've started playing in 2012, and in 2021 i am able to properly play MMA and parkour, but because i left the game several times for different time periods. Watching others play helps a lot, understanding physics is essential, and knowing how to move properly in the current turn in order to succeed in future turns is the key on winning or perfoming the move you're looking for. The learning curve is very steep, but its fun to go trough this long path, awkward moves are hilarious af.

Cons
  • Takes too long to learn. (Depends a lot on how you understand stuff)
  • Small community. (Yes, again, is good that we know each other but the game definitely
  • needs more people.)
  • Missing support for more than 2 players in multiplayer.
  • Most servers are empty.
  • Missing ranked games. (Or am i blind?)
  • Your friends will not play it with you.
