I liked it. Had enough different creep factors to it and different types i was pretty hooked playing through it. Some of it can feel a little clunky but overall the atmosphere was pretty great and the lore was really well done too.

I liked it. I dont have a ton of time to play games so these that let me explore and play at my own pace are a lot of fun. I thought this game was really pretty and the combat was decent. It did get a little repetitive but I did find myself still dying here and there. The stealth aspects were pretty good as well. The eagle vision was also pretty neat.

What a great atmosphere! Im an 80's kid and these types of games were what I was getting into in the late 80's early 90's, well done. Art, music, atmosphere, nailed it. Difficulty? Like the games in the past you can rack your brain and lose hours trying to find the right combo, then its time to hit a walkthrough. I found myself hitting the walkthrough more towards the end, some of the things didnt seem like something I would have figured out, items could have been labelled better, some better tells etc...

Overall its an enjoyable story, artwork/music just great and if you use the walkthrough sparingly you might be surprised the events you can trigger. Good voice acting as well.

Im really enjoying this game, I had the pre access and enjoyed it plenty, i forgot about it, then one day last week decided to fire it up again and WHOA! What an update, more Bros, More levels, a round globe, just fantastic. Its fun and challenging without being cheap. Highly reccomend.

What a great throwback to the classic platformers, very well done. Its not as hard as the classic mega man series but its difficult enough that when you die its pretty much your fault, i love that, I havent died one where i felt it was a "cheap" death, its been me not paying attention to a certain mechanic that i already was exposed to. Just got to the first tower level but decided at this point a positive review was due just given all that i had experienced so far, I really really really hope this group makes more games like this. Bravo!

Time played on this review is a bit misleading, I had this game a long time ago and have just recently bought it again (which doesnt bother me i support what these devs have done). I really appreciate all the work that went into this twin stick shooter, its just a blast for me.

Terrifying! I saw the Aliens movies 1 and 2 when i was a kid in the 80's so maybe thats why this game freaks me out more than others. Just well done, graphically so unique to replicate the 80's vision of Tech in the future, good gritty VHS looking things here and there and the Alien is just so tricky it scares you to hide and try to out maneuver it. Just when you think its getting boring something completely new and interesting pops up. The ending was so so. The game keeps you on your toes the whole time, i never felt like i was really rewarded for doing something because it was just another step to keep moving and stay terrorized which was awesome.

Great fun and great graphics! Its combat style follows the Batman Arkham games but the open world set in the Tolkien universe is a breath of fresh air. Plenty to do and it looks great.

Story, Get in the Mech, Walk Walk Walk, Get out, shoot stuff, push button, Get in mech, Walk, get out, shoot stuff, push button, story, get in mech, walk, get out, stuff broke, fix, big enemy, dodge, shoot, dodge, shoot, get in mech, walk, walk, get out, push button.

If you can pick it up for $10 or less i say go for it.

Pros:
- Great Graphics, I found myself just staring at some of the scenery and water flows.
- Great Atmosphere, it really just feels surreal between the combination of the environment and music etc...
- Creative way to do the things it does

Cons (For me anyway)
- Found myself running around for no apparent reason and with no goal really, just looking for stuff.
- I didnt feel the story really connected everything together 100%
- If I didnt check a walkthough i would have been lost for a long time.

But i can be inpatient so if you are a patient person give this one a whirl i think you will like it. It is SHORT though. But not all good things have to 100 hour epics.
