THIS GAME ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ WHIPS. Somewhere between Super Metroid, The End Is Nigh, and Tunic. Highly recommended for any puzzle enjoyers or open world game fans.

I like this game a lot. Unique stages, pretty fun gamemodes, a really cool story and ARG behind the scenes, satisfying arena destruction, and a LOT of player customization with kits and costumes. It feels like a real extension of the FPS games that clearly inspired it, instead of a clone of them. I wish there was more casual play options though, maybe a stage builder? Team text chat instead of just mic chat? Tf2 lets me put the trans flag on some pins, give us some *real* texture customization maybe? That'd be awesome

Dungeons of Aether is a really good side game to flesh out the side characters and world of aether. I had a lot of fun with my time playing it, but I think you'd only really like it if you knew the characters and world from rivals.
