Hypnospace makes you feel like you're exploring a living, breathing internet, and tells an engaging story at the same time. You're the internet detective.

Extremely hard game. Some tests will drive you insane until you finally realize how dumb you really were. The achievements aren't work for me, but I've beaten this game and let me tell you, it is an experience you want to have, but your concious mind doesn't. Give it a try! It's a challenge.

is verr good.

EDIT:

In the time since launch, the developers have removed many of the featurs that made Starbound fun.

Planet randomization has been stripped away and replaced by ~18 uninspired planet types. After playing the game for more than an hour, you will know exactly what to expect before you even land on the planet.

I don't even mind the story mode that much, I just wish it were optional. Starbound has never lent itself to linear gameplay. Dungeons just don't work.

Developers haven't abandoned it, but it's been about a year since the last update, and the next one appears to just be gimmicks and furniture.

The modding scene for Starbound is absolutely incredible, though. Starbound uses Lua and JSON extensively, so it's extremely easy to learn and publish your own mods. So even if the official version of the game isn't fun, you can always play modded.

If you have no interest in mods or modding, I can't reccomend Starbound anymore. Buy Terraria or something.
