You, sir, are my hero. I've searched like 6 hours for a solution to start dota on my second monitor and play there, while being able to do something else on my primary monitor. After a long while reading through forums and launch command lists I finally found your post on the steamcommunity forums. The Win + Shift + Arrow Key one..
