I absolutely l.ove this game but once you get pass the slums and into the city it gets laggy, they dont say it but the minimum requirements are not true you need much higher if you want to get pass the slums with even a little bit of lag still on campaign not even online

It won't let me play this game because i need directx 11 but my machine says it has directx 12, so why won't it let me play.
