This is a CLEAR example of how Good gameplay can totally s**t on modern graphics and still have an amazing game that can keep you for hours going. Modern gaming industry is choking in sea of endless engine competitors and they lost the desire to make good games, but only good "looking" games.

I have quite amazing computer that runs Elder Ring at highest settings, I have a quite huge monitor that runs at 144 Hz refresh rate, but I am totally enjoying this game and it gives me satisfaction. It has depth despite not looking like it. It rewards you for investing your time. It makes you feel like what you do makes an impact.

Enjoyable game.

Feels a bit unfinished, there are scaling and path-finding issues every once in while. At some point in mid-game, I feel stagnant and nothing is happening so theres that constant feeling of semi-boredom. Item drops are boring and forgiving. I do enjoy a fresh perspective on ARPG genre and I think this game has a good future, if devs hit the right spot, engage with skilled ppl and get the job done, or release an expansion that will add more to it.

It does match the price though. I still think Grim Dawn is superb masterpiece above this. Give this one a go and create your own opinion. Mine is mixed leaning on positive.

Its not fun at all putting X³ number of hours and leveling your character to a pretty high value, having somewhat legendary equipment and passing into second half of the game and still being utterly humiliated by 2 little goblins with pointy sticks. Not my cup of tea.

Visually the game is astounding, but the progress and learning curve is just way beyond any measure of playing this game "relaxed". You feel like an intelligent worm that sometimes gets a nice shiny stick and picks up new dress, but the game repeatedly reminds you that you are still a petty worm.

So,

I picked up this game on discount.

I would not so easily discard it as a bad product based on negative comments. At this point, I think it really has potential to get into top tier up with hack and slash franchise. This game is really not bad, the only thing that is kinda bad is the spoiled up community that is ready 24 hours a day to rip apart anything less than perfection.

I understand the frustration, and yes, the game does seem unfinished in few of its aspects. But if we give the developers a change, we might get to see some good quality of life updates and an amazing expansion, which will bump the game up the ladder. Give it a shot

Visuals are absolutely great, skill design is Very good. It totally worth the discount given.

This game is just great. Has a FANTASTIC replaying capabilities, so if you purchase this, you are in for long time.

There is enough of diversity and content to keep you satiated for months. And come back, again and again.

I give this piece of art a solid 5/5, because I own this product for years now and even today, I am installing it again.

So,

After reading many negative about this game, being "this or that" or not fulfilling our wet dreams about how fantasy game should be etc etc. I purchased it through Halloween Discount for less than 10 euros. My expectation were pretty low at this point. But seeing Youtube videos, and reading about the game itself, I decided to give it a shot anyway despite what the large portion of community had said.

I like the game. I really do. It run smooth MAXED on my "not so modern" machine, its not so tense, very enjoyable while offering decent level of complexity. You can build and decorate your own ♥♥♥♥♥♥ fortress, hows that for change?

Despite the game being in "maintenance mode" aka low patch frequency, at this point I am still to encounter a game breaking bug, or something so serious that would deter me from it.

Its totally worth it and I might even say that its better than some other much more hyped games of the same genre.

Game with HUGE replay potential, hundreds of possibilities with multiply with thousands once you install proper mods. Although not perfect, its been fully fleshed out over the years. 6/5
