You have to play casual to make level 80 until you can go into ranked, and in casual you play with players up to level 500 (maybe even higher but i never seen) and you have to play with them until you get level 80 and you dont make it very quick, you have to play at least 40 hours to get that maybe even more if you are a complete noob like me.
They need to lower the level that is necessary to play ranked or new players will leave the game but the rest of the game its great.
