At this time, despite the fantastic story, I can't recommend this game. It's too buggy, the gunfighting is absolutely uninspiring and honestly, boring. Wait for it to be fixed. Very disappointed in CDPR.

EDIT

After getting a new gaming pc with an RTX 3070 and Ryzen 5 5600X, I've finally been able to enjoy the game how CDPR envisioned. Granted, I do play on a resolution of 3440*1440p but to essentially require top tier hardware to play at decent framerates is a joke especially after what we were told pre-release. Despite this, I genuinely had fun playing the game and exploring the story. It certainly hasn't been the best game I've ever played - not by a long shot - but the writing and storyline shines through and is a real gem. I will probably go back and play the game in a completely different style to get a different outcome, of which I was a bit... disappointed by in the end? It was a bit underwhelming, a word I'd use to summarise this game.

6.5/10

Well possibly the best £1.50 I ever spent. Picking up limp elves and incinerating them just feels soooooo good.

5 stars, ♥♥♥♥♥!

Early Access Review
Kerbal Space Program. Endless adventures. Little green men.
Everything a space simulator needs. KSP does all this tremendously. I have played 150+ hours since it came out on steam, plus 130 before it was on steam. Some people may say once you have played over 200 hours, you are an expert. Oh hell no. I have only been to Jool and back, and that was a challenge. KSP has the steepest learning curve of any game I have ever played, and 90% of the features have not been implemented.

5 Stars.

EVE Online. Probably one of the best ever MMO's. The player driven market in which single players can force the price up and down, to their choosing. 4000 player battles in which single ships can win or lose, the war for a system. All of this and 2 FREE expansions per year which add many new features and tweak them for only £12.99 and then £9.99 per month. Say what you want about pay to play games, but even if you shovel money into this game, you can't win. Only the experienced can. That is why it is one of the most balanced games ever and why I so highly reccommend it. Give it a shot. Just try it. Maybe it's not to your taste; thats okay. Be anyone you want; be it a resourceful businessperson or a leader of a megacorporation.

This game is like a ladder, and when you get halfway up, someone shoots you in the ♥♥♥♥ and then the ladder catches on fire.
