A short game with a ♥♥♥♥ ray-trace. I run it with my rtx3070 and its performance isn't even surpass my ps5?

2.Wtf with the optimization? I use rtx3070 and I can play it smoothly in 3840*2160 resolution without ray-trace. But if I turn on the ray-trace and get a very bad experience even in 1920*1080. Unstable fraps (20-90).
