This game has opened my eyes.

While it first seems like a simple flight simulator with relaxing music and a gentle atmosphere, this experience is so much more.

My first, and certainly not final emotions while playing this game were anger. I was angry, hurt even, because as we all know, according to all known laws of aviation, there is no way that a bee should be able to fly. Its wings are too small to get its fat little body off the ground. But then... then I remembered that the bee of course, flies anyway. Because bees don't care what humans think.

This realisation then triggered my second emotion - a brooding pain, a pain witheld deep inside of me. As a teen, filled with edge and angst, I too don't care what humans think; I too am like the bees. Now able to understand the embodiment of the creature I am now able to possess, this is no longer a game or a simulation. No, it is a second reality. A reality that I can feel, taste and now thanks to this simulation, I can control.

All of this, and only in a fraction of a second.

I have been enlightened.

Then of course, the music begins to play. Never, NEVER have I been touched so quickly, and I have been touched by a lot of things especially as a young girl. Such delicacy, such poise, such... perfection. And little was I to know that this was only the first track I was to hear. The grass, the creatures surrounding me, I was in heaven.

All remaining anger was cast aside. I could taste sweet sweet love. And all in the body of my newly found spirit animal; the bee.

I had a whole world to explore. Absorbed by it, the first thing I couldn't help but do was take it all in. I could smell the friendship around me.

Lost in the persona of my true personality, it was only in my nature to fly into the sun. Heading towards my birth father the great Apollo, I cried for him. Daddy bring me home. The bees are calling.

I became overwhelmed, and the heat of the great father brought me a new understanding.

It is not he who calls me, but my mother. The moon.

And so I became the first bee to land on the glorious lunar surface. Finally, I was home.

At last, I was no longer just a bee.

I was b.
