At several moments, this game will have you questioning whether you need to change your approach or if you're just unlucky that a few misdrawn pixels screwed you over. The other times, it will just leave you stumped.

You can definitely get crushed by bad RNG sometimes, but when you do succeed the rush is incredible.

It's 3 bucks for a rogue-like that's both fast-paced and relatively easy to play.
Only real negative is that your computer might chug really hard and you the player might get disoriented when the screen is flooded with enemies, projectiles, and effects.

Sometimes I'd just idle in the hangar to listen to this music.

As a fan of vehicle-themed arcade Skinner boxes, WoWS is decent. The gameplay is much slower and more methodical compared to other games of its type, while still having intense moments of action. Mechanics are pretty dense but mostly out of sight while playing, meaning that there's plenty of skills to learn but not a lot of feedback for either correct or incorrect actions besides dealing/receiving massive damage (which seems to be a problem with a lot of games of this type). For this reason, I consider consulting community guides/advice near-mandatory for improvement.

Unfortunately I have to revert to the non-Steam version because currently this one doesn't support mods, and I need my screen filled with weeaboo trash.
E: Hmm I've seen evidence that mods work, checking to see if I can make mine do too
E2: Basic file mods work, those involving Python scripts (PnFMods) do not

PS: those looking to use their non-Steam accounts, there is a solution (credit to Femennenly). Navigate to the relevant Steam files folder and delete "steam_api.dll" (to play it safe, make a backup copy kept somewhere else).

Tried to check time using steam overlay, didn't work.
Out of habit tried alt-tabbing, computer freezes.
Hard reset takes 15 minutes to go through, completely reverts the installation.

If my computer is telling me this badly that it doesn't want this game, then I guess I should listen.

All the backstabbing of Mario Party condensed into a turn-based board game
Fun for all ages
