While the game is unfortunately dead by player count, the campaign is, and still is, the best campaign in all of Battlefield history. It has one of the best stories in the franchise, has story mechanics that were so good they were used in Battlefield 1, and just overall is underrated. If you haven't played the campaign, I would give it a shot. Don't intend on playing the multiplayer >2025, I'm not even sure if servers still exist. Also buy it on sale, during on of the sub-five dollar sales that usually happen. Base price is not worth it.
