The mouse control seems to be randomly changed from update to update frustrating everybody when the mouse behaves very differently that we have gotten used to.

I am one of those who tried many times to play the original but quit because didn't understand mechanics or ASCII art. Then came back with sprite mods but still wasn't entirely sure what I was supposed to do.

Now, I am finally getting into the groove, hopefully finally getting into the highest quality of craft of the fortress building.

There are still some things that need to be ironed out but overall, it is great.

So 11 hours in, I bought the 'game' after watching couple youtube videos and wanted to experience the new style of combat and interaction first hand.

Oh boy I was in a ride for hilarious moments and frustrations at first, basically I didn't understand health bar was working err.. "opposite" you have experienced in the past. Full red health bar means you're dead. In this game red means DAMAGE, when your damage meter goes full red you're dead. Yellow stamina is kinda your "health", when it runs to 0 but your damage meter is not yet full you simply just pass out.

Well I don't recommended dungeon crawling story mode at first. First you truly and absolutely want to pass Arena practice mode at least once all the way to the expert. This will take careful reading of the manual, experimenting, practicing and most likely watching a few tutorial videos how to combat on youtube. To get even better you might want to try Arena career mode, which is a bit confusing and careful reading should be done.

After 10 hours in I think I can somehow now manage dungeon crawling but I am still playing arena Career for now. I have high hopes for this tech demo to develop into a nice single player game and eventually leading to RPG Sui Generis being released.

For $14 it is not too bad, I have had worse $60 game experiences that were hyped and didn't live up to to the hype. This game has not been hyped, it simply advertises itself when you stumble upon it somehow. A kinda hidden gem in 2021.

The game is utterly boring after you clear it first time. Replay value on higher difficulties on Epic / Legendary is low with the very same quests, which a bit more difficult thanks to enemies receiving a hp / damage buff and some unique mini bosses spawn on high difficulties but it doesn't remove the fact the game is very repeative and boring.

I don't know, if you like the classic Diablo 2 without having a teleport, jumping or dash skills then enjoy.

So you thought you liked grand battle games? Well guess what, welcome to grand battle simulator where you are going to quit just because you do not know how to play. Tutorial is useless, online wiki articles assume that you know already how to play etc. No manual, tooltips don't always answer what you want to know.

Not recommended if you wanted to play this quickly, there are too many things to handle and not enough help. You probably need to invest +400 hours first to learn how to play. It is for some people, not for me.

The game receives steady amount of updates, features, mods, community is strong and alive, and even a new DLC coming just around the corner for Christmas.

For years I have voted this game to have labor of love trophy but perhaps this year it will be recognized.

The game is pretty good at simulating trucks, of course a bit arcade here and there to balance too boring aspects and not to give content developers a heart attack to develop scenery 100% accurate for whole Europe. Best enjoyed with a steering wheel, pedals and a stick. Still very enjoyable with steering wheel and pedals. Keyboard and gamepad works but personally I don't play with them.

The game won't start without manual registry editing... I support steam for EASE OF USE, sadly this is the first game where I had to google for a fix because DEVs (Rockstar) or Valve won't fix the game launch.

Saved my PUBG games more than once. I have 16GB ram but motherboard cannot take more and PUBG is able to eat 12GB memory easily with 4K resolution with long sessions. When ram hits around +92% usage, I get fps hickups dropping from 120 to sub 30 for a moment. When RAM usage is +96% fps is constantly jumping between 20 and 120. When it hits 98% game might crash and fps is below 30 whole time.

This program saved me +1000€ because I didn't have to upgrade my system to DDR4 era with new cpu and motherboard.

If you like Sudoku you will love this game even more! These puzzles start off very easy but as you progress in "worlds" they get challenging and you must rethink your logical analysis behavior.

Good way to spent some time when you're totally bored.

The game is death spiral for activity due devs are not able to fix the game, cheaters are getting more clever and devs don't even bother banning cheaters anymore. Just trivial updates, more skins, more monthly paid features that should have been free, the game has become boring, old bugs return etc.

There probably were some good things they did but they are overhadowed by other ♥♥♥♥.

Developers have made some changes, new map, new movement mechanics (jump vaulting), flare air drops and much better armored vehicle that is actually more useful, less cheaters, desync and bloodsplatter lags are fixed. Ranking still not working properly.

Now just needs more content and bullet penetration mechanics for at least soft materials like curtains and wood fences.

Unistalled game today, Desync, bloodspatter lag, All other ♥♥♥♥ that is going inside with ♥♥♥♥ servers, ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up ranking, ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up map selection. Just don't bother. Desync ranges from 500ms to 2000ms, so good riddance.

Lots of things has changed... not necessarily for better... A lot cheating in-game, some guys are more clever hiding it but if you report cheaters and it is obvious they did it, they will get banned very fast.

Ranking... oh it just doesn't seem to be working... Pro level (or cheaters) are still in most of my games, there is promise it will change but I have some doubts...

There is FINALLY a training mode! PLAY THIS BEFORE GOING FOR SOLO/DUO/SQUAD, try many weapons as you can, make a little challenges for yourself... hit all targets on 100m without miss... move to 200m hit all targets without miss, if you miss you shoot again closer targets, then move up when you can do it. Trust me, Aim & experience is everything in this game.

Vehicles still buggy, feel like bricks... Who would have thought making suspension work is so hard?

Still no material penetration... there was a teaser video but not yet implemented...

Wait times still horribly LONG...

Has high skill cap but luckily there is ranking system that lets you advance or drop down fast and thus you play with players around similar skills. Watching streamers or youtube guides help a lot to during early access because there is no tutorial, there is no shooting range and most importantly you will die a lot.

About 80 hours on the clock when writing this and I am still total newbie but I am improving according to statistics, more kills, surviving longer, not anymore panicking that much when being shooted at.

Just wish material penetration would come so your own shots would not be blocked by scrap wood fence or window frame.

Also this game is the most fun in squad games, hilarious moments are best shared with friends.
