read the other reviews for positives

but why is nobody talking about how terrible the tutorials are? the tutorials "teach" you how to place some buildings.

A good tutorial would teach you WHY you need to do certain things for your republic. HOW do I make money? What is a construction office setup for setting up to build a bauxite mine, for example? How does the supply chain work ??

Currently, they are more akin to a changelog, like the dev saying "hey look at this cool new building I added, here, place it! now buy some trains, and some train signals! TUTORIAL COMPLETEE!!!"
