Came here from Synthetik 1 due to Sseth's video (which was excellent btw).

This game is great, each major update adds lots of stuff, although there are bugs it does not impede in the game too much.

Recommeneded as a coop game with a buddy, can scale difficulty, lots of weapon variations along with items to make yourself a machine killing god.

Game needs some optimisations when it comes to loading times and hardware utilization on lower end PCs, example steam deck.

However, the dev/devs seem to be fairly hand-on with the community so bug fixes go fast, there's a lot to learn in this game and it's overall quite nice :)

Extremely hard. And great on the deck!

Still a little bit buggy, needs some polish, but that does not stop from having fun with the game.

8/10 recommended, game is pretty fun with friends, but not super beginner friendly if they haven't played For the king 1 (which is still a valid option)

Devs are constantly pushing out updates & bug fixes, looking forward to seeing the final version of the game.

This game is great, simple to understand, hard to master and the story is intriguing.

Definitely worth the 20 bucks, heck, I would even buy it for 40 bucks.

Original game dope, DLC dope, but not to everyones tastes.

Recommend this if you like the original game and it's pretty cheap too!

Note: You can play this DLC with your friends as long as 1 person has it.

Additional note: the DLC is pretty hard.

Annoying kids? Just throw them in the coal mines.
No food? Just feast on the dead.
Morals? None needed.
Great game? HELL YEAH!

It's a really fun game, it gets progressively more difficult and sometimes the jump is just too insane but it's so much play to play this in co-op.

Edit: Modding is also recommended and very easy to work with, still recommend.

It is a really fun game that I would recommend to play alone or with friends (definitely better with friends) and it's pretty easy to find random people on the discord channel to play with in case you don't have friends that play this game, the game is pretty difficult but pretty easy to learn and each run takes a while, so make sure you have plenty of time.

Edit: Game is still amazing. Highly recommended.
