Keďže mi tento profil nepríde zaujímavý, prikladám recept na Bryndzové halušky :
150 g slaniny z mangalice
500 g zemiakov
250 g hladkej múky
1 vajíčko
soľ
200 g bryndze
200 g kyslej smotany (18 %)
1 zväzok lahôdkovej cibuľky
Postup prípravy: Slaninu nakrájame na menšie kocky a opečieme v kastróle dochrumkava.
Zemiaky očistíme, umyjeme a nastrúhame najemno. Pridáme múku a vajíčko. Dôkladne premiešame. Vo väčšom hrnci necháme zovrieť vodu, ktorú osolíme. Pomocou sitka a stierky na halušky do nej pretláčame pripravené cesto. Dôkladne premiešame, aby sa nezlepili.
Halušky varíme, kým vyplávajú na hladinu (približne 3 minúty). Vo väčšej miske zmiešame bryndzu s kyslou smotanou. Pridáme halušky a zľahka premiešame.

Halušky podávame posypané slaninou a nakrájanou zelenou časťou lahôdkovej cibuľky.
